A Best&Less pre order gives you the opportunity to secure some of our hottest products before they’re available in store or for regular order.

This means that the stock hasn't arrived to us yet, but we are offering it for pre sale, to allow you to secure the stock.

We do this with high demand items to give you the opportunity to secure the products you want.

These items will be marked as PRE ORDER, with an estimated date for arrival listed in the item description.


How does Pre Order work?

Pre Order items are offered for sale on our website prior to stock being available.

Styles for sale as pre order will be listed on the website with an estimated date for arrival. The estimated dates for arrival are approximate only - if the stock is available before the estimated date we will ship it out right away.

Pre Order styles cannot be ordered at the same time as non pre order styles.

If you wish to order both Pre Order and regular styles you will need to place 2 separate orders on our website.

Do I pay shipping on pre order items?

Pre Order is currently available for Standard & Express shipping orders. Our regular shipping fees apply for pre orders - $10 for standard shipping and $14 for express shipping, paid at the time of ordering the items.

When will my Pre Order be shipped?

When you place your pre order – you will be advised an expected shipping date. This is the date that we expect the product to leave our Sydney warehouse and be on it’s way to you.

Can you combine my current order with my pre order and ship them together?

Currently we don’t have a way to combine pre order and regular products into one order. We understand that we can still improve our pre order experience and will pass your feedback onto our tech team.

Why can’t I order pre order and other items at the same time?

We currently do not have the ability to hold sold stock at our warehouse. When an order is placed, our warehouse team works hard to ensure that the stock is packaged and ready to send out as soon as possible - this means that sold items don’t spend time sitting on our shelves, so pre ordered items cannot be added to that regular order at a later date. This is done to avoid over selling stock, and prevent customers missing out on items they have ordered.

Is Pre Order available for Ship to Store orders?

No, we currently don’t allow pre orders to be sent using our Ship to Store option. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for Ship to Store orders so we are only offering Pre Order for Standard and Express shipping orders.

Is Pre Order available in store?

At this stage, we aren’t able to offer the pre order service through our store network.

Can I return my pre order products?

Yes – just like all our other products, our Pre Order products are backed by our 100 Day Guarantee so if there are any issues you can head in store or send it back to our Fulfilment Centre to process your return.

Can I return items from my Pre order in store?

Yes, pre order items bought online can be returned back to our online store for a refund, or can be returned in store for a refund or exchange. View our returns policy for more information.
