Need your order fast? Click & Collect orders are available to collect within 2 hours* from selected stores.

How Click & Collect Works

Best&Less Click & Collect orders are fullfilled from our store network and will typically be available to collect in store within 2 hours . This applies when having ordered during store opening hours, out of hours orders will be available the next day. You will receive an email notifying you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Click & Collect is FREE for order values.

Select your store for pickup: You can select your collection store via the website menu, on the product page or at the checkout.

Choose your products online: Find the product you want, select the size and then choose Click & Collect before adding them to your shopping bag.

Confirm your order at checkout: Once your order is confirmed you will receive a collection notification email – normally within 2 hours of placing an order.

Collect your order in store. Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID & collect from the Service Counter.

Click & Collect is available in all stores and stock availability will be limited to which products are available at your preferred collection store. For better visibility of what stock is available for click & collect near you we recommned selecting your collection store before you start browsing.

Home Delivery & Pre Order

Our home delivery service still available, Australia wide.

Standard Shipping

Best&Less Home Delivery service continues to operate across Australia. We charge a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide.

We are currently experiencing delays in dispatching your orders. Standard Delivery orders are now taking 8 business days to leave our Sydney warehouse. Once the order leaves our warehouse there will be additional transit times for the parcel to be sent to you through Australia Post.

Please note there may still be delivery delays depending on Australia Post’s network capacity. Please check the Australia Post website for further information.

Express Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $14 Australia-wide. Express orders placed before 3pm AEST on weekdays will leave our Sydney warehouse on the same day.

Due to overwhelming demand, Australia Post can no longer guarantee next day delivery for Express Shipping orders. Find out more here.

Pre Order

Pre Order items will be sent via Standard Shipping through Australia Post. We charge a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide.

Pre Order items will be marked as PRE ORDER, with an estimated date for dispatch listed in the item description. When you place your pre order – you will be advised an expected shipping date. This is the date that we expect the product to leave our Sydney warehouse and be on it’s way to you.

If your local store is currently closed due to lockdown restrictions, you won’t be able to return your items just yet, even in cases where the store is open for essential trade.

We’re currently offering an extended return period on all orders. This means that while you cannot return them immediately, when stores are open for full trade, you’ll be able to bring your items in store and return or exchange them per our usual policy.

Simply hold on to your items and receipt or invoice, and we’ll see you in stores as soon as possible.
