Update to Standard Shipping - 16/10/2020
Best&Less Home Delivery service continues to operate across Australia. We charge a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide. Due to recent high volumes of orders, we are experiencing delays in getting your orders shipped. Standard Delivery orders are now taking 6-8 working days to leave our Sydney warehouse.
There may also be delivery delays depending on Australia Post’s network capacity. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Due to the increased restrictions in Victoria there will be some additional delays to deliveries in the Melbourne Metro area as Australia Post adopts new restrictions to align with the Victorian government requirements. Please check the Australia Post website for further information on these delays.

Update to Express Shipping - 15/10/2020
Please note there are significant delays within the Australia Post network for Express shipping orders. While Express shipping orders are still being prioritised they may take 5 business days or more to be delivered. Please see Australia Post website for more information.
We charge a flat rate of $14 Australia-wide. Express orders placed before 3pm AEDT on weekdays will leave our Sydney warehouse on the same day.

Update to Ship to Store - 22/10/2020
Ship to Store is available again for stores in Melbourne. However, please note stores in Melbourne are not yet open and will not do so until restrictions are relaxed. Your Ship to Store order will arrive at your selected store within 12 business days and be available to collect once stores are open.
Best&Less Ship to Store orders are fulfilled from our Sydney warehouse and will typically take up to 12 business days to be ready to collect from your local store. This could be longer in regional areas.Ship to Store is FREE for orders over $50 and $3 for orders under $50.
You can track the status and estimated delivery time of your order by entering the unique tracking number emailed to you when the parcel leaves our warehouse into the Australia Post search engine.
Should no one be able to sign for your package, you may choose to give Australia Post the authority to leave your parcel at its intended delivery address. You can select this option during the checkout process.
Please note that by selecting this checkbox, you give us authority to leave the parcel unattended at the premises. Best&Less accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels as a result of you providing this instruction.
