Update Regarding Australia Post Delays - 20th July
Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.
You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.
We thank you for your patience and will keep you updated as we closely monitor the effect of any restrictions on our services.
New South Wales: Some areas across Greater Sydney are experiencing 1-2 day delivery delays. Our Tingalpa and Heathwood delivery centres are at capacity for letters, and the following areas are at capacity for parcels
South Australia: As with previous lockdowns, we continue to deliver. Please be aware of the additional safety measures to protect the safety of our team during restrictions. These additional restrictions, including split shifts in a COVID-safe environment and additional cleaning between shifts, may result in some delays.
Victoria: Residents around Seaford, Pakenham, Ferntree Gully and Mooroolbark max experience delivery delays due to Australia Post capacity issues in the local fulfilment centres.
Update for Western Australian Deliveries
Due to recent circumstances deliveries to Western Australia may be delayed. This is due to the train derailment near Ooldea, SA as well as Covid-19 restrictions. Please refer to the AusPost website for more information.
Best&Less Home Delivery service continues to operate across Australia. We charge a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide. We are experiencing short delays in despatching your orders. Standard Delivery orders are now taking 4 business days to leave our Sydney warehouse.

We charge a flat rate of $14 Australia-wide. Express orders placed before 3pm AEST on weekdays will leave our Sydney warehouse on the same day.

Best&Less Click & Collect orders are fullfilled from our store network and will typically be available to collect in store within 24 hours . You will receive an email notifying you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Click & Collect is FREE for orders over $50 and $3 for orders under $50.
