Helping reduce the spread of COVID-19 virus is everyone's responsibility. As such, BEST&LESS has implemented a range of precautionary measures to help protect against it's spread.

NSW Update

From Monday 11th October all stores across Greater Sydney and Regional NSW will be open for NSW stores are now open for in-store shopping. If you are unable to enter the store, you can Click & Collect at the front of the store, a team member will be available to assist you. We're looking forward to seeing you back in store soon!

VIC Update

All stores in Melbourne will continue to offer FREE contactless click & collect ready in 2 hours (within trading hours at your local store).

All stores in Regional Victoria will be open for regular trade, unless otherwise directed by the Victorian Government based on the latest health advice.

ACT Update

ACT stores are now offering shopping by appointment from Friday 15th October. Please phone your local store to make an appointment. FREE contactless click & collect ready in 2 hours (within trading hours at your local store) is also available.

Stores in ACT will re-open for in store shopping from Friday 22nd October.

SOCIAL DISTANCING IN PLACE

Our teams are ensuring social distancing rules are adhered to in stores as well as practicing the highest hygiene standards. Our changing rooms will remain closed until further notice.

QR CODE CHECK INS

We encourage the use of State Government QR codes to assist with contact tracing. When you visit us in store, please look out for the QR codes at the front entrance of the store. This simple process will allow us to promptly notify you of any outbreaks, should they occur. If you do not have a mobile phone please ask one of our friendly team members to help sign you in manually.

FACE MASKS

We are following government requirements relating to the wearing of masks by team members, customers and contractors. All Victorian, New South Wales and ACT customers and team members are to wear a face mask when visiting our stores, unless medically exempt.

FREE Contactless Click & Collect is now available in all stores in Mebourne Metro, New Southe Wales and ACT. Please check our Store Finder for opening hours at your local store.

If you have an outstanding order that you are waiting to collect from store but can no longer go into store due to lockdown we are happy to hold onto this order until a time that you are able to go back into store to collect.

If you wish to cancel a Click & Collect or Ship to Store order please contact our Customer Service Team.

We are currently experiencing a significant increase in customer queries which means our response times are taking longer than usual. We would like to thank you for your understanding and support as our teams work hard to assist you both online and in store.

We will endevour to keep our stores open where we can so you can get the essentials your family need. At certain times when different areas are in lockdown we may need to close some of our stores following government advice. Our store finder will always have the most up to date info regarding store closures and opening hours so please refer to the store finder for any updates on your local store.

We have large format stores and we are ensuring proper parameters are in place to follow Government advice, with our teams increasing personal and store hygiene practices, ongoing monitoring and social distancing measures in store.

While in-stores, please remain 1.5m away from one another in the store. Use tap and pay where possible. Sanitise or wash your hands before you come into the store. If you should be self-isolating, we ask that you respect our teams and customers by not visiting our stores and rather make use of our online shop and home delivery. These measures are essential in minimising the spread of this virus.

Best&Less stores are excited to announce our stores are now available for phone orders. Simply call your local store with the details of your order. Our store staff will have it ready in-store for you to pick-up quickly and safely, or you can opt for it to be couriered to your home for a small delivery fee.

The health and safety of our staff and customers is one of our utmost priorities. In respect to the growing concern surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to update you on how we’re practicing the highest hygiene standards possible to continue providing for our communities.

We have made changes in-store to combat the spread of illness and ensure we’re able to continue serving the needs of our customers. Some of which include:

  • 1.5m social distancing at the registers, including using alternate registers open to ensure 1.5m is maintained.
  • Our stores will monitor limits to customers allowed in-store to not exceed 100.
  • Ensuring team members are well before starting a shift.
  • Supplying hand sanitiser for staff in each store.
  • Increased cleaning of check out areas, screens and EFTPOS machines.
  • Increased cleaning of our stores by our external contractors.
  • Discontinuing our bra fitting services for the time being.
  • Closing our fitting rooms in-store until further notice.
  • We have added register screens into stores for added protection.

Best&Less is monitoring the situation on a day-by-day basis and will continue to follow the advice set out from public health authorities. Due to an unforeseen increase in demand of certain items, we are experiencing some low stock levels in-store and online and slight delays in processing orders. We ask for your patience in this instance as we are working to have stock levels replenished as soon as possible.

Where possible, our stores will remaining open so you can get the essentials your family need. There are some times that we will be required to close stores in certain areas following Government advice. When this happens we may have selected stores open for a contactless click & collect service. We understand that you may not want to or are unable to go into stores during this time. If you have a current click & collect or ship to store order waiting in-store our Besties in store will be happy to hold this for you until a time at which you are free to go into stores.

At Best&Less we always value our relationships with suppliers and work very closely with them to ensure that we continue to support each other. We build strong long-standing successful relationships with consistent and open communication and during the COVID-19 pandemic, this was more important than ever. We discussed options directly with each supplier to ensure we all survived the heightened level of uncertainty.

We kept our stores open to sell essential winter products to our customers throughout the lockdown period even though traffic in stores was at an all-time low, we needed to support our customers, our teams and to honour our orders to suppliers.
