How Contactless Click & Collect Works
As per the usual process, you will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready to collect. When collecting your order, please follow the instructions below:
When heading to the store, please ensure that you have your Order Ready to Collect email on hand as you will be required to tell the store member the Parcel ID of your collection.
Once you arrive at the entrance of the store, the doors will be closed. Please call the telephone number listed on the store signage and notify the team you have arrived as well as letting them know your Parcel ID so they can bring your order to you.
The store team member will ask to see your email through the door and you will then be required to sign for your parcel, the team member will offer you a sanitised pen to do so. During the process, please ensure a mask is worn and social distancing of 1.5m is adhered to.

If you decide you would prefer to wait to collect your order once the lockdown has ended, that is okay your order will be held for you.
If your local store is currently closed due to lockdown restrictions, you won’t be able to return your items just yet, even in cases where the store is open for essential trade.
We’re currently offering an extended return period on all orders. This means that while you cannot return them immediately, when stores are open for full trade, you’ll be able to bring your items in store and return or exchange them per our usual policy.
Simply hold on to your items and receipt or invoice, and we’ll see you in stores as soon as possible.
