Best&Less is pleased to announce it now offers a Collect from Store service to our customers.
So that you have access to the greatest number of products, our Collect from Store service operates with two distinct methods:
- Click & Collect: Initially, we look to offer you products that are already available in store and the store persons can easily pick them and have your order ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notifying you as soon as your order is ready to collect.
- Ship to Store: If the product that you order isn’t available in the store but is available in our Sydney fulfilment centre, your order will be shipped from Sydney to your local store. This process can take 12 business days to complete. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready to collect.
When browsing the Best&Less website, if you have set the store where you wish to collect from then you will be informed as to which method will be used to fulfil your order. When finalising your order, this information will also be displayed when you confirm your local store.
Is Collect from Store a FREE service?
Yes – Collect from Store is FREE for orders of $50 or more.
We have a non-refundable $3 service fee for orders less than $50. This fee covers part of the cost for our team members to individually pick, pack and store your order.
How long will it take for my Collect from Store order to be ready in store?
If your Collect from Store order is fulfilled by the store via the Click & Collect method it will be ready to collect within 24 hours.
If your local store cannot fulfill the order we can send it from our Sydney warehouse using our Ship to Store method which can take 12 business days to arrive at your store for collection.
What if all the items I want are not available to pick up in store?
If the product that you order isn’t available in the store but is available in our Sydney warehouse, your order will be shipped from Sydney to your local store.
This process can take 12 business days to complete. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready to collect.
Can I still place an order through Ship to Store?
Our Ship to Store service is no longer available in it’s previous format.
We have moved to a new Collect from Store format which allows for faster collection at your local store as well as a ship to store option if the product you want to collect is not available at your local store.
What happens with my existing Ship to Store order?
Any existing ship to store orders will be fulfilled and shipped to your store as per the previous process.
How long do you hold Collect from Store orders?
Once you are notified your order is ready to collect you will then have 21 days to collect your order from the store.
You will receive 2 additional reminders to come and collect your order and if it is not collected after 21 days it will be cancelled and refunded.

Can someone collect my Collect from Store order for me?
No, you will need to collect your own order. Photo ID will be required along with your order confirmation email.
Are all products available for Collect from Store?
Yes all products in our range are available for Collect from Store. If the item you are ordering is not available in your local store we can ship it from our warehouse to your store for collection via our Ship to Store method. Orders shipped from our warehouse can take 12 business days for the order to arrive.
Is Collect from Store available at all stores?
Yes, Collect from Store is available at all Best&Less stores.
Can I return an item in store once I collect my order?
If you change your mind and decide to return item/s, you can return to any of our stores for either a refund or exchange.

My order was confirmed, but I have received a cancellation email saying that an item is out of stock. Why is this?
Occasionally when our team members are in store picking your order, an item may be damaged, missing from the shelves, or at peak times such as Christmas, the item may have just sold out in store.
We will only discover this as we pick your order. In this instance you will receive a cancellation email advising you what has changed from your original order. You will be refunded for the item/s we weren't able to provide you.
We apologise if this happens - please contact us if you have any issues in relation to this.
How do I collect my order?
When your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know your order is ready in store.
Please bring a photo ID and the order confirmation with you when you come to collect your order.
Please ask our friendly staff at the front counter who will be able to give you your Collect from Store order.
What happens if I order for Collect from Store and stores close?
Should our stores temporarily close and you have a pre-existing Collect from Store order, we can hold this until our stores open again. If you would prefer a refund please email us with your order number at email@example.com to request a cancellation and refund.
